## Corrections Policy

Mistakes happen; hiding them is not allowed here.

## How it works

  1. Report: send the page URL and a description of the suspected error — for example a wrong atomic mass, an unbalanced equation, or a calculator step that does not follow from its formula.
  2. Verify: we check the claim against standard chemistry references and data tables.
  3. Fix: verified errors are corrected promptly.
  4. Log: substantive corrections are listed below with the date and what changed.
